Where, Oh Where Can It Be?

It's definitely missing a train to make it complete. Try as I might I could not manage to be there at the right time. Believe it or not, this track runs straight through the middle of a campground. The first night the train came at 10 p.m., the second night it came at 2 a.m., the third night there was no train at all and on the fourth day there were 3 trains at different times of the day. I thought these were supposed to run on some type of schedule but I guess when you're so far north they only run when needed.
