Coquette

I'm not sure if this is male or female but the come-hither look was too irresistible.

In reality these pelicans are part of a tourist attraction at The Pier in St. Petersburg Florida. They are free and wild but there is a booth that sells fish to tourists and then provides a platform for them to stand on and throw the fish to the pelicans. This makes for very friendly birds that will allow you very close and will turn to investigate a tissue if it's waved about in the air! I kind of felt bad that I didn't have a real treat to give it.
